Every inquiry starts here. Acknowledge each item before continuing — there are no exceptions.
Booking policies
These are the current terms of booking with the studio.
- Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit holds your appointment and comes off the final price. It is forfeited if you cancel late, no-show, or reschedule more than once.
- Cancellation window
- 48 hours
- No-show
- Missing an appointment forfeits the deposit. Booking again requires a new deposit.
- Late arrival
- More than 15 minutes late may shorten the session. More than 30 minutes late without contact is treated as a no-show.
- Rescheduling
- One reschedule is free with at least 48 hours notice and keeps your deposit. Anything after that requires a new deposit.
